Step 1

Call Us

First, simply call us at 888.481.4481 for a 20-30 minute confidential discussion to help clarify the best options we have available for you. Our admissions team of psychologists, counselors and nurses will answer your questions and discuss your behavioral health needs — such as depression, trauma, eating disorders — and/or your addiction history.

Step 2

Next, we will verify your insurance benefits. We work with most major health plans and we are Joint Commission accredited, nationally recognized, and preferred by Fortune 100 employers. Be ready to email or fax a copy of your insurance card and driver’s license/ID card.

Step 3

If we are a good fit for your needs, your next step is to come in for your face-to-face assessment. You may come ready to check in if you wish. Insurers require an in-person evaluation to authorize your treatment and define any financial obligations you may also have. During this time you may also tour our facility and meet our team.

Step 4

Complete Your Admission

If these first three steps indicate a good match and you are ready to check-in, our medical team will meet with you to ensure your needs are best met within our community. Our 24/7 nursing team and on-site physicians, therapists and other health professionals will keep you safe, stable and secure. Once your admission is completed, your care specialist will make sure you settle in comfortably.
