Serving in many roles since the inception of Casa Palmera, Jeff Johnson is currently utilizing his compassionate and supportive leadership skills in the roles of Director of Operations and Director of Business Development.
In these roles he continues to use his passion for helping others and finds gratitude and humility in bearing witness to growth and change- within his staff, his peers and the patients at Casa Palmera.
Jeff holds a unique tool box of skills- he has the knowledge, commitment and flexibility to run a complex medical facility. In addition, he possesses the complex and creative thinking it takes to strategically attract and bring in the most appropriate patient populations. His ability to connect with others- on both a human and professional level is unmatched.
In addition to his history of hospitality, Skilled Nursing and Behavior Health Facility management- Jeff is a former United States Marine and brings the same level of honor, dedication and selflessness to his roles at Casa Palmera.
Aside from his acquired skill set and natural ability to lead- he just loves being a part of the Casa Palmera team. His confidence as both a leader and a team player allow him to serve and address the needs of both patients and staff. With his solution oriented and team first mindset- he can always be found asking, “How can I help?”
