Jeff Johnson

Director of Business Development

Serving as both Dietary Service Supervisor and Certified Activity Director, Jeff Johnson has a variety of oversight duties for Casa Palmera. He is in charge of daily operations, which includes dietary supervision to ensure quality assurance and compliance with state and The Joint Commission regulations, as well as serving as the clinical liaison. Jeff is also in charge of therapeutic activities for the residents,a part of which involves supervising Casa Palmera’s popular guided ropes challenge course and climbing wall. He is certified by both ServSafe, a food safety designation, and as a Challenge Course Operator.

With a BA in Communications from the University of Arizona, Jeff has six years of experience with Casa Palmera. He has also seen duty as a member of the United States Marine Corps and has a previous background with a skilled nursing facility.
