As the Director of Performance Improvement and Risk Management, Julie brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in enhancing organizational efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Julie began her career as a registered nurse, where she developed a deep commitment to patient care and safety. Her dedication and exceptional skills in healthcare management quickly propelled her into leadership roles. She has successfully managed large-scale healthcare operations, led performance improvement initiatives, and implemented comprehensive risk management strategies across multiple organizations.
Throughout her career, Julie has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive organizational excellence. She has a remarkable talent for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Her leadership has been instrumental in achieving significant enhancements in patient care quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
In her current role, Julie is responsible for leading performance improvement initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization. She will have a special focus on regulatory compliance to include documentation, licensing, and incident reporting as well. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring that all departments work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals. Julie is particularly passionate about providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services and is committed to making a positive impact in this critical area of healthcare.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and has completed advanced certifications in performance improvement and risk management. Her professional philosophy centers around patient-centric care, innovation, and teamwork.
Outside of her professional commitments, Julie is actively involved in community health initiatives that enhance the delivery of services to those in need and enjoys spending her free time at the beach, crafting, and listening to music. Julie is married, has two step-daughters and a ChiWeenie named Sunny.
