Sandee Richardson, LAADC, MFTIPrimary Care Coordinator
Sandee has been working in the alcohol and other drug field for over 23 years in various treatment modalities including for-profit and non-profit organizations, private-pay clinics, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient treatment programs. She has vast experience working with law enforcement agencies such as probation, parole, juvenile justice, family law and the public defender’s office serving various populations including women, children and male and female offenders. In addition, Sandee has spent all but one of her 23 years in the AOD field serving in Executive Management/Director positions by creating, implementing, licensing and overseeing programs throughout San Diego and Riverside County.
Sandee completed her Bachelors in Criminal Justice Degree with an emphasis on Business Management in 2005 and shortly thereafter completed her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with honors in 2010. Sandee is presently in the process of completing her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology degree with an emphasis on working with military families, veterans and wounded warriors. Sandee will complete her Doctorate degree in 2019 and holds a LAADC license with the State of California. Sandee also served on the editing team for Paradigm Developmental Models of Treatment (Di Stephano, 2010) and the manual can be found on amazon.com. The manual is a treatment curriculum that combines the 12 STEP model of recovery (AA, NA, CA, HA,. etc.,) with spiritual and clinical interventions developed to work with chemically dependent patients to progress them through the stages of change and towards recovery success.
