I drink alone because I live alone and am alone most of the time. Should I go out to have a drink, and then drive? I don’t think so.

i did 5yrs of treatment and was able to stay sober for 15yrs. The hardest part is the beginning. Once you figure out what is causing the problem its easier to stay sober. I think the biggest thing people resort to alcohol is because of stuffing there emotions, well im speaking about me anyways. I didnt know how to deal with anything, always stuffing problems in the corner. Life is much better know. I try to deal with all types of situations while trying to help others now.
