Liz Hoffmann YRT has been practicing yoga since 1997 and is a Core Power Yoga certified yoga instructor. Her training is in Ashtanga Power Vinyasa flow, Sculpt, and she also practices Hot Power Fusion, Hatha, Anusara and Yin Yoga. Her intention is to help students realize the power of their own mind and body through the steady practice of yoga.
Guiding her students in a safe and peaceful way she allows them to reconnect with their bodies. This in turn makes the mind and body stronger. Strong enough to endure the stress and pain of quitting negative behavior patterns. The mind – body – spirit connection is the emphasis of her teaching. Liz also incorporates the power of pranayama breathing. Stimulating the flow of prana, this breath control leads to a deep feeling of serenity and can be used, at any time, to control stress.
