Katie Blake

Scheduling Coordinator

Katie Blake has worked in the social services field for over 18 years. Her previous experience includes working in youth and adolescent residential programs, domestic violence centers and recovery/addiction programs with teens. She holds a BA from the State University of New York at Cortland where she completed her internship with the University’s counseling center minoring in sociology, criminology and psychology.

Throughout her years in the field, Katie has assisted in developing structured programs for residential centers that help to ensure patients receive the best possible services while in treatment. She believes Casa Palmera teaches patients the necessary tools to continue their recovery outside of the treatment walls, allowing patients to feel hope and that they are worthy of recovery. Her dedication and care for others is shown on a daily basis.

“Working for Casa Palmera has provided me with a sense of gratefulness and humility; I am able to assist in changing a person’s life for the better and that is a true gift.”
