What is Arthritis?

Arthritis is a condition in which one or more joints in the body become inflamed.     Very good informaiton on arthritis. I have a lot of family members affected by this disease and I think that a lot of it has to do with our diet. We are not getting the nutrients we need and there are a few good anti-inflammatory foods out there to eat. But I had no idea it affects so many people in this country!
